In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Financial Analyst Cologne
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing pvXchange’s invoicing, receivables and payables for Germany.
The role will evolve as the organization grows. We initially foresee the main tasks as:
- Independently steer invoicing for the company in its proprietary platform
- Match collections to invoices and monitor receivables
- Process and manage the Accounts Payable for the company including coordination with the external accountants
- Assist in month-end reconciliations and preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow
- Assist in the international accounting including offices in Switzerland and the US
- Prepare receipts for book-keeping and coordinate with the flow of data with the accounting firms
You should have the following qualities:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- German and good English skills
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, book-keeping, month-end and year-end closing
- Understanding of invoicing and receivables management
- Understanding payables process and the relevant internal controls
- Highly organized and confident in their abilities
